Service Description
During this retreat, we will take much-needed time to connect to our heart space, leaving us ready to transition back into our lives feeling peaceful, light, connected, joyous, excited, compassionate, blissful, content and full of love. We are all connected through an ocean of energy (Qi) to each other, to nature, the earth, and the universe. The Energy of our heart is connection. We will be "Returning Home to the Heart" with QiGong by working with the breath, movement, and awareness and deeply relaxing flowing postures that mirror the movement of nature to release stress, tightness, and tension held in the body. We will be realigning ourselves to the rhythm of life with fluidity and ease and cultivating the heart's energy. As you continue your journey with the energy of the heart, you will be guided in meditation, allowing yourself to drop into a space of relaxation and rest as you are bathed in the sound frequencies from the Himalayan Bowls and Healing Energies. We will learn about vibrational medicine in the form of essences, crystal energy, and herbal teas and weave these into the day to enhance our experience and continue your Heart Journey as you transition back home. The cancellation policy is as follows: - * 1:1 Personal Healing Sessions and telephone consultations for Land and Home Healing) can be cancelled for up to 48 hours. IF CANCELLED WITHIN THESE TIMES 50% of your appointment cost will be charged - THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. REMINDERS WITH FULL ADDRESS DETAILS AND INFORMATION ARE SENT OUT A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOUR SERVICE IS DUE * Land and Home Healing (on-site visits) need 2 weeks' cancellation notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. * Workshops and mini retreats (non-refundable 25 % booking deposit) Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the workshop date - 75% refund. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the workshop date - 50% refund. Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the workshop date - 25% refund. * Sound Healing Meditation Groups are non-refundable, however you can gift this to another person to attend in your absence.
